SEDC operates a revolving loan fund
that provides gap financing at rates that
are 2% below bank rates on a fixed term
up to 10 years. Loans are available
with 10% down for a maximum of
$100,000.

The Siouxland Initiative is a partnership of business and government designed for the purpose of marketing, job creation, job retention, and business expansion. A portion of the Siouxland Initiative funds are set aside for direct assistance to business in the form of loans for job creation and retention.
